Football is my religion!
I'm a hard-core fan of Liverpool FC. And after having been waiting for almost a decade, they came to Asia to kick start some friendly matches with the National Team of Malaysia and Thailand in July.
I couldn't possibly miss it. I was there and it was awesome to actually experience the kind of adrenaline rush when they scored. I'm so aware of the fact that I just made myself sound like the most unpatriotic person ever for not supporting our National Team but ... it's Liverpool dude!

These are some pictures from the trip I had with people from the office in June I think.
It was purely memorable mainly because the scenery was extravaganza. The resort was located right in the middle of mountains and woods. Something I can't experience in Bangkok, the concrete jungle.
Plus they have great breakfast buffet there. And I loveeee buffet haha :)

Okay it's been a long while ago since I had my last migraine attack. I happened to developed one at work yesterday. I have had the idea of taking a day off today for almost two weeks already haha! But since I have to arrange a programme for the delegation of some V.I.P. guests from Bhutan, I automatically had to get rid of that evilish idea.

I felt so much pressure yesterday. I had to finish the annual report regarding the President's protocol duties in 2009 and I mean he's done so much in a year! And then this guy from Bhutan just keeps sending me emails and creates more difficulties in my life. (Actually I just replied to his email a few minutes ago and I swear to myself I wouldn't check my mailbox again until 4th of January!)
Well after all those things I have to deal with and the whole day of sitting in front of the computer, the migraine was back.
So I skipped work today. To be more positive, I took a sick leave hehe!
Now that my holiday officially begins. I'm planning about where and with whom I should celebrate New Year's Eve with.
Surely, I can't with my boyfriend since he isn't here. How sad!
A few of my friends traveled back home to spend their New Year with their family.
Anyway, continue with my best memories in 2009. In April on Tao Island.
I love this island to the heart. One reason is that it is not yet that touristy. Beautiful yet incredibly quiet beach. And great food! I wish I could go there with my boyfriend next year.

Christmas Charisma

I love Christmas!
To be honest, I am totally clueless about when and how we started celebrating this occasion since I'm living in a Buddhist country.
I guess it's just what we call 'Globalization'
I wouldn't complain though.
This year I got a heart-shapes necklace from my boyfriend.
Even though we can't be together yet for now, with this necklace, I will always feel his presence with me. Okay, you can throw up now!
Went out for an awesome dinner with my friends at this authentic Indian restaurant called Bombay Blues. The food was amazing! We all finished it up in like 20 minutes.
Had a few drinks after that and suddenly had this horrible feeling. High fever and awkward sore muscles from the chair ball final match the day before. I could barely move a muscle.
Still, merry belated Christmas everyone.

Wedding Crashers

Marriage remains something beautiful yet complicated to me still after all these years.
I find it quite intimidating to actually having to settle down with someone.
It is almost like a poker game. You'll never know what the result will be.
Strangely enough, some of my friends who used to insist they were fatally allergic to relationship are getting married. What an irony!
Last week, I attended a wedding reception of my friend and it was a hell of fun.
It was more like a reunion of friends from college in my opinion.
Filled with super duper fun and surrounded by the air of love. And the idea of a massive bunch of friends getting together again was a pure awesomeness.
That night I wore a gray satin body con dress I merely bought for the special occasion. And a 3-inches silver sequin high heels which became quite a problem for me since they made me 6'1" tall! I mean OMG! Am I not tall enough already with flats? But if I wore flats, they would have totally ruined its poshness. So I went for the high heels.
You don't have to be a genius to know I was of course the tallest girl that night.

My First Entry

What has got into my mind this evening, I'm quite not sure.
I just feel like signing up for Blogger and creating my own blog. It just feels right.
I don't want to admit how clueless I am at this though. That being said, if anyone know when I can get a decent template for my blog, let me know asap :-)
