It's been a while since my last post because I am completely and entirely engaged in busy work schedule these days. But when I see these refined elegance and casual cool pieces of Day Birger Woman Lookbook for Fall 2010, I know I need to post it! Enjoy :)
The lack of post has been caused by my recent worry about life and career in the future. I'm not fully satisfied with the state I am in right now. Doing something you don't have a heart for is a real torture. Therefore, I'm trying to figure a way out. A way to escape from the misery I have to face every now and then. Somehow I can't seem to be able to choose my own way of living or chasing my own dreams without hurting my parents' feeling. Will I let you down if I say I don't want to continue living your dream anymore?
Weekend is here and I'm enjoying the hell out of it! After one whole week of sudden downpour in the evening and three seriously destroyed shoes (from the rain), I finally have time to just relax and do comepletely nothing besides reading my favourite magazine or just browsing for recipes I will never get to cook (It's my obsession but well I can't really cook). Last night I felt rather awful because of a slight cold and splitting headache which I might have got from one of my colleagues at work. Luckily, it went away all kind of quickly when I woke up in the morning. My boyfriend went on a short trip with his friends to Steinhuder Meer (aka Lake Steinhude in English) in Lower Saxony. As far as I'm aware of, they will do the typical camping stuff, swimming in the lake and probably sailing to the little island in the middle of the lake. There stands Wilhemstein fotress which is really beautiful. I really wish I could accompany him. But well what can I do with the distance? Here's by the way the Spring/Summer collection of a brand called Bershka from Spain. All the outfits are undeniably lovely.
Truth by told, I hate veggies. I'm not their biggest fan. However, for the sake of wanting to maintain my good health, I constantly make myself a good healthy dish which I used excessive amount of veggies and all. I've been trying to divide the portion of veggies I eat during one of these meals into a balanced everyday portion. But it doesn't seem to work. So after having forced myself to eat a potful of assorted boiled veggies for dinner last night, I think I will make up with my junk-food-o-meter by frying one kilo of french fries exactly and eat them with my favourite cheddar cheese dip while watching movies on teevo or relaxing with true extraordinary travelling experiences of a couple that have been reflected on a serie of two books called 'The Journal of Dream' which I just bought yesterday! This is OP for the photoshoot with ASOS by the way. Those outfits I would die for! She's absolutely gorgeous! Have a great weekend you guys!
Whenever summer is over, I feel like there's something missing in my life even though in Thailand, summer is always loitering around the corner every now and then. A lot of time I will stare out of the windows of my office and see dark clouds rolling in and my heart shrinks right away. And you know what? Rain just knows exactly when to fall. When you set off from home to work and another time will be when you get off work and want to go home and rest more than anything in the world. Crazy Bangkok traffic jam is a thousand more times worsened at that very moment the first drop of the rain pours down. Sad but true! For that reason, I miss summer even more. I miss lying on a white sandy beach with my boyfriend, sipping watermelon or mango shake. I miss the feeling of the sand on my skin. I love pizza and ice cream in the afternoon after a long swimming session in a crystal clear water of Koh Tao. Watching the sunset is always amazing too. I love it when my skin turns slightly more brown at the end of the day. I miss the heat, the sea breeze and the sunshine. I miss you summer and totally can't wait for your next visit.
