and it feels like home

During this week, I have been running back and forth trying to sort things out about a trip to Germany in March. Getting a new passport and praparing all the documents I need for a Schengen visa application. The amount of papers required to be submitted to the Embassy is ridiculous you wouldn't imagine.

I have seen this wonderful editorial a while ago already. When I came across it again today, I couldn't help but sharing them here with you guys.

in love and war

After about two months of working non-stop, weekends spent at the office and barely no hanging out with my girls, I finally have a much anticipated and much deserved break I've been longing for. Still, I have things to carry out and they're quite important as well such as individual career evaluation for promotion which will be in early of February and well a trip to Germany! I'm totally stoked about the latter. Let's see if I will be able to make it to go there this April. Please keep your fingers crossed for me you guys!

happy two zero one one

I had quite an extraordinary New Year celebration with all my lovely girl friends. We cooked some decent stuff and blended some mango and strawberry margaritas together. We had home made strawberry cheese pie for dessert and the dinner was simply amazing. The next morning I went to a Buddhist temple and make a merit with my family. There's nothing more important than spending a quality time with your loved ones on New Year don't you think?

Feeling Festive

I love this time of the year! I always do! Parties, celebrations and all things festive are filling in the air and I just love breathing it all in!
Last friday I got together with my girlfriends after work to have some grilled beef and sukiyaki! I wasn't quite sure how much we ate but it definitely was a lot! Judging from the massive pile of dishes in front of us, I believe some guys must have freaked out haha! We took a cab and continued partying at the famous street bar at khaosarn road. It was so much fun. It's always amazing to meet up with your closest friends and just talk about whatever that comes up up in our minds. We had a ridiculous amount of good laugh. The night ended pretty tipsy as we all had approximately 6 buckets of kahlua milk and margarita urghhh!

Going Green

On a daily basis like on a work day or even when I hang out with my friends, I usually play safe when it comes to make up since I do not want distract the wrong kind of attention, embarrass myself or remind other people of a clown in the circus. I use neutral tone like brown and grey so often it sort of becomes a habit. A very unimaginative one as well. So I decided to do something different today. Going green! Christmas Wish List

I don't want a lot for Christmas. There are just a couple of things I need!
Since I am Buddhist, I usually don't celebrate Christmas. But when it comes to this festive moment at the end of every year, I start to have the need to reward myself with little stuff I constantly lust over.
